The showroom (if you can even call it that) is scattered and stacked with chairs everywhere - which made it impossible to get to a majority of them to try them out. Some of the chairs are used for clients to trial. They are returned dirty with hair and impressions on the seat - but they are still sold at full price. Paul, who I dealt with was strange guy and not a good salesman. He told me he would email me a brochure on the chairs as well as a quote. I never received either. Since then, I've bought an identical ergo chair online from a different company - same price but with more cutomization, better service, and it wasn't slightly used. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this guy. Just buy online instead.
