I regretfully can’t remember the guys name but outstanding guy. Took the time to explain all the answers to my dumb questions and was patient. Sat with me for about half an hour to just make sure I knew what I needed and what to look for in the gear. I would highly recommend these guys. Definitely going back

Also, they don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't really need, which is more than I can say for other bike shops around.

I was able to get the bike to Horizon on a Saturday morning.
They had the tyre I needed in stock and despite the workshop being fully booked out they fitted and balanced the new tyre and I was back on the road and back on holiday by 10:00am.
Thanks guys for awesome service and the price was good too.
